We have two shipping services available. Air cargo & Sea cargo
Once you place your order through our platform. It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to process & package your order for it to be ready for shipping to Nigeria and other african countries.
Customer are advised to choose their shipping option either through our app or chat with our customer care support after they’ve placed their order to inform us of the preferred shipping option.
🛬Air cargo takes between 5 to 7 working days for goods to get to nigeria, Our affiliate shipping services only ship goods from Vietnam to Lagos Nigeria for air cargo for now, Once your order gets to Lagos Nigeria. You’ll be contacted for pickup through the app or via the mobile number you provided during registration, in addition, for customers that are not in lagos Nigeria, we can assist in sending your order locally to your city through our local delivery channels, All are subject to customers’ requests.
🚢Sea cargo takes between 8 to 12 weeks for goods shipped from Vietnam to get to Nigeria, Sea cargo shipments only go to two locations in Nigeria, Lagos & Ontisha.
✍️Customers who buy goods for resell in larger quantities are advised to ship by sea as it’s cheaper and more affordable so as to make more profit 📈 .
💰🛬Price for air cargo is between 10$ to 12$ for 1kg of goods shipped from Vietnam to Nigeria, and it is subject to change depending on the global market rates of shipping.
💰🚢 Price for sea cargo is between 200$ to 240$ for 1CBM of goods shipped through our affiliate here in Vietnam.
📦Between the time you placed your order either on our website or app & waiting for us to process and get your order ready for shipping to nigeria, You’re advised to choose the shipping option and notify our customer care support on whatsapp or through our platforms so that once your goods is ready to be shipped to Nigeria, We’ll check the total kg of your parcel for air cargo or the size of your goods for sea cargo to determine the shipping fee then we’ll notify you to effect your payments before your goods will be shipped to Nigeria and other African countries respectively.
Note : 🛬air cargo is measured by kg, and the total kg determines the price. 1 kg of goods shipped from Vietnam to Nigeria is between 10$ – 12$.
🚢Sea cargo is measured by the size of the goods. The total cubic meter of the goods determines the price for sea cargo.
Goods ordered through our platforms are shipped from Vietnam & within Asean countries through our affiliate shipping services to Nigeria & other African countries.
Payment
We currently have one form of payment option available for Nigeria customers : ( Bank transfer ) We are working on all other payment options. Once it’s ready, it will be available on all our platforms
Order & Returns
Simply download our vietnine app on Google Play Store or visit our website @ Vietnine.com to place your order. follow the instructions & register with your email or phone number to have an account on our platforms to enable you keep track of all your orders in one place.
After you’ve successfully registered, You can then proceed to make your orders, Below all the items on our app or website comes with add to cart, wishlist & compare icon, Add to Cart is a place where all your order you wish to buy are saved. Any item you see on our app or website & you wish to buy it Kindly add the item to cart & it will automatically go to your cart list, After you’ve finished shopping and ready to place your order, Kindly return back to your home page and click the cart list icon, It will take you to your cart list where all items you added to your cart are saved for purchase then you can proceed to check out. Checking out will then calculate all items and sum up the total amount for your order.
Next will be for you to checkout and make payment for your order, Before you can make payment through the app or website, We have a safe E- wallet account for each customer, use the bank Transfer option available to credit any amount to your e-wallet account, once you have successfully transfered money to your e-wallet account then you can proceed to checkout and complete your payment using the available balance from your e wallet account.
If the order is still in your cart list and payments haven’t been made on the order yet. You can simply remove it from the cart list and then add your preferred item again before you proceed to checkout.
✍️if you’ve already made payment and placed the order & wish to cancel or change the order simply contact our customer care support on whatsapp or live chat provided on your account and request for a change or cancel of order.

Note : Once your order is canceled successfully. It takes within 24 hours for your funds to be credited back to your e wallet account before you can place another order, except you have extra funds on your e wallet account to place another order immediately.
