You can change your order on item between 1-3 days from the date order was placed, however order that have exceed the number of days may be subject to approval from the customer care support assistant, So we advice our customer to make sure they have correctly placed an order for the right items before completing the checkout procedure & payment, contact customer support teams if your order have exceed 3 days of placement.
CHANGE INFORMATION

CANCEL ORDER
After completely shopping with vietnine.com web or google app you can cancel your order within 1-3 days from the day your order was placed, once we receive an email with prompt to cancel your order, it will be cancelled, you can place a new order after cancellation and refunds will be sent back to your e-wallet accounts within 24 hours.
RETURN ORDER
You can request to return an order after you have received the items immediately. However, order can be returned on the conditions that
1) The goods sent to you have been tampered with or damaged.
2) The goods or items you received are wrong and different from your order.
