HOW TO BUY (PURCHASE GUIDE)

Shopping at VietNine is designed to be as seamless and convenient as possible. Follow this step-by-step guide to place your order with ease.

1. Browse and Discover Products

Use the navigation menu at the top of the page to explore our product categories such as Smartphones, Laptops & PCs, Home Appliances, and Fashion. If you know exactly what you are looking for, use the Search Bar to find your desired item instantly.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Once you have found a product you want to purchase:

• Review the product details, description, and available images.
• Select the appropriate variations if applicable (e.g., Color, Size).
• Adjust the quantity you wish to order.
• Click the Add to Cart button. A notification will confirm that the item has been added successfully.

3. Review Your Shopping Cart

Click the Cart icon located at the top right corner of your screen to review your selected items. During this step, you can:

• Update item quantities.
• Remove items you no longer wish to purchase.
• Review your order subtotal.

When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout.

4. Provide Shipping Information

You will be prompted to enter your shipping details, including your full name, phone number, email address, and complete delivery address. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipping.

5. Choose a Payment Method

Select your preferred payment option. VietNine currently supports:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely upon receiving your package.
• Bank Transfer: Transfer the total amount directly to our official bank account. (Instructions will be provided at checkout).

6. Confirm and Place Order

Review your order summary, shipping details, and selected payment method one last time. Click Place Order to finalize your purchase. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email containing your order tracking details.
