Step-by-step instructions on how to pay for your VietNine order.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
At VietNine, we ensure that your checkout and payment processes are secure, straightforward, and highly convenient. We currently support two primary methods of payment for all orders placed on our website.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their items, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
- How it works: Select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method during checkout. Once your order arrives at your specified shipping address, you can inspect the package and pay the delivery courier directly in cash.
- Requirements: Please have the exact or near-exact order amount ready to assist the courier. Note that some high-value orders may require a small deposit in advance.
2. Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit)
If you prefer cashless transactions without using a credit card online, you can pay directly via Bank Transfer.
- How it works: At the checkout screen, select "Bank Transfer". You will proceed to place your order, and your order status will be marked as "Pending Payment".
- Bank Information: Please transfer your total order amount to our official business bank account using the details below:

Important Transfer Guidelines:
- Transfer Remark/Memo: Always include your Order ID and Phone Number in the transfer description (e.g., "Order VN12345 0909123456").
- Payment Verification: Once you have completed the transfer, please allow 1-2 business days for the funds to clear. For faster processing, you may capture a screenshot of the successful transaction and email it to contact@vietnine.vn.
- Order Confirmation: As soon as we receive and verify your payment, your order status will be updated to "Processing," and we will dispatch your items immediately.
3. Order Cancellations
If you select Bank Transfer but fail to make the payment within 3 business days, your order will be automatically canceled to return the inventory to the store. If you missed the window and still wish to purchase, please place a new order.
