RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This return, exchange, and refund policy applies only to products purchased from our official website @ www.vietnine.com or mobile app respectively.
1. Refund Period
We have a 20-days grace period return policy, meaning you have 20 days from the date of receipt to request a return, provided the product meets the return conditions as outlined below.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received it, unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
