All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Express Delivery (Inner City): Delivered within 2-4 hours for eligible major cities.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2-5 business days for suburban and regional addresses.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions may cause slight delays in transit.
